As a start-up (the Limited company started in July 2010) we are just fortunate to have enough work to keep us busy and growing; which is just fantastic. Be your own boss: We need self-starters who need zero supervision. What it means is that you deal direct with your customer for your project, no bureaucracy, no multi-tier reporting. It also helps you deliver your best and be as intuitive and creative as you possibly can.

Flexi-work: Lions share of our business take place on online market places meaning location of work is not that important for us. We do not mind if you want to work from a beach-house in Majorca so long as you are available over email and phone and make your customer happy with your deliverable. Yes, you can opt to work from home full-time too so long as business does not suffer from such arrangements.

Partner with us: Our most loyal colleagues become a shareholder in the company and our partners. This is a two-way growth engine, when we grow you grow, or probably best described the other way round! You get the meaning.

Share a belief: We believe in our vision we deliver our mission and we need right minded geniuses to work with us. Client and business will always come before anything and you will see a reinforcing demonstration of this from everyone that works with you here, upwards and downwards from you.


What we want from you:

Start with our Mission and Vision statements. Do you identify yourself with the ethos? We cannot afford colleagues who do not strongly feel similar towards the common goal.

Entrepreneurial: All our roles will require an element of entrepreneurial behaviour. Just nine to five is not good enough for us, we need colleagues who own a client-engagement end to end and in every aspect of the relationship try to grow it further. Repeat business is at the core of our growth and we cannot achieve it if we do not have it from everyone involved with us!

Right attitude: We can nurture skills we cannot create the attitude in you. We need hard working individuals who appreciate how it can be working with a start up, take both good and bad in the right stride and can chill even in a demanding ambiance!
